Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The items are in new and unused condition, maintaining their original condition.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached to the items.
  • You have the original packaging.

Exemptions

Please note that certain items may be exempt from our return policy. These include:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear due to customer misuse.
  • Items that are returned after the 30-day return window.
  • Items that are intimate or sanitary goods.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate Your Return Label: Check your original packaging for the return label. The return address is also available on our returns page on the website.
  2. Process Your Return with DHL: We utilize DHL for our return shipments. To schedule a pickup, please visit Request DHL Pickup and follow their instructions.
  3. Missing Return Label: If you cannot locate your return label, please contact our customer support team at info@miavia.co.uk to request a new one.
  4. Shipping Address: Please note that our orders are shipped from the Printful warehouse closest to your delivery address. Returns should be sent back to the address from which the item was originally shipped.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@miavia.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
